The Perrin Technique   is a hands-on osteopathic lymphatic drainage treatment to help move the toxins that are stuck in the brain and in the trunk back into the blood stream, so they can be cleared by the liver.  As a result, the functions of people suffering from neurolymphatic diseases will slowly improve.

Dr. Raymond Perrin, DO, PhD developed this technique in 1989.  Since then, he has treated countless of patients with ME/CFS, Fibromyalgia, Long COVID, etc.  and has improved their quality of life.  You can read more on Dr. Perrin's website: https://theperrintechnique.com/about-us/

He has videos describing the theory behind his technique.
